You can rent one of twenty bikes and tandems at the Fahrradstation Darmstadt. Based in the Darmstadt main station and right next to the car park, a bike costs 7.50 Euros per day from 5.30 a.m. till 11 p.m. You can even borrow a lock and a helmet free of charge and if you need it for your shopping – a bicycle basket, too. Now there's nothing to stop you discovering Darmstadt on two wheels! Commuters take the opportunity of leaving their bikes for a check- up.
