The Prinz- Emils- Garten can be found in the quarter of Bessungen immediately located on the Heidelberger Straße. It was laid out in 1772 by the master gardener Siebert for Minister Karl Friedrich von Moser. Siebert was inspired by English landscape gardening. Prinz Emil of Hessen und bei Rhein, a later owner of the garden, gave it its name. Here you can also find the Prinz- Emils- Palais, built in 1775 by Johann Martin Schuhknecht, a pond and a small garden temple.
