The traditional Darmstadt Heinerfest takes place every year at the end of June. This is a great day out for the whole family; roundabouts, shows, good food and lots of music. This traditional German fair, with its unique fragrance of roasted almonds,candy- floss and sausages takes place in and around the historical Darmstadt Castle. Heiner celebrates, as every year, along with thousands of guests five days long in the heart of the city. More than 100 free events! And the admission is free for all!
